HR Essentials – Free HR Support for West of England SMEs
HR Essentials is a fully funded programme offering expert HR advice and practical support to small and medium-sized businesses across the West of England, funded by the West of England Mayoral Combined Authority in partnership with Cool Ventures and HR Dept.
Support includes:
contracts, staff handbooks, policies, recruitment and onboarding, employment law guidance, performance management, and team communication training.
To be eligible, your business must be:
located in Bristol, Bath & North East Somerset, or South Gloucestershire, employ between 3–250 FTE staff, and have a turnover exceeding £100,000.
